This program helps older Australians stay living independently at home by providing practical support services tailored to individual needs.
Who is Eligible?
Support at Home is available to older Australians who need help to continue living independently at home.
- Aged 65 years or over (or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people)
- Living in Australia and eligible for Medicare
- Need assistance with daily activities to remain living at home
- Have had an aged care assessment through My Aged Care
