Who is Eligible?

Support at Home is available to older Australians who need help to continue living independently at home.

  • Aged 65 years or over (or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people)
  • Living in Australia and eligible for Medicare
  • Need assistance with daily activities to remain living at home
  • Have had an aged care assessment through My Aged Care
